Packaging

All our orders are packed to minimise the risk of damage to the products. Unfortunately, we can never completely rule out damage during transport. We use recyclable cardboard and paper specifically designed for shipping audio and video products for all shipments. This enables us to comply with the EU directives on packaging e-commerce shipments, including their implementation in the various EU member states.

Since the implementation of the EU directives plastic shrinkwrap is prohibited. We will be shipping all products without shrinkwrap in a reusable protective sleeve. As these sleeves are seen as part of the product the use of these sleeves is allowed and helps to protect the products you ordered.

(Please note: an exception to this concerns the shipment of clothing. Here we have not yet found a plastic-free solution for protecting the products purchased).

Shipping

We offer both standard (without tracking) and tracked shipping. Although tracked shipping offers more security than untracked shipping we cannot guarantee 100% correct delivery of your parcel. We have implemented tracked shipping only to countries that offer tracking in their country. Especially countries outside of Europe do not connect their tracking systems to ours so tracking ends at the border of these countries.

If you choose tracked shipping a valid telephone number and email address is required. In case one of them is misisng the parcel may be sent without tracking.

Wo do not standard offer insured shipping. If you do want your parcel to be shipped insured please add a comment with your order and we will contact you with a quote. Starting cost for insured postage is € 25!

Please note: If you order multiple products in one order we will ship them as soon as we have all products in stock! This is also the case when you order pre-order items and products in stock. We will ship these when teh pre-order items are available. If you wish to receive the available products sooner, please split your order!

Your Address Details

Name: Some countries require the name on the parcel to correspond with the name on the door/letterbox of a residential address. Please make certain you enter your full first and last name. If you send a parcel to a commercial address please add c/o <Company Name> to the optional address line.

State: Our webstore software does not ask for a state/county/province. In case this is mandatory in your country please add the state/county/province abbrevation before the post code.

Telephone: Our webstore software automatically provides your country code (+XX). Please add your phone number (numbers only without spaces and or dashes). Do not include the starting zero (0) and or country code (00XX)!

Returns

We will send the parcel to the address filled out by you. If a parcel can not be delivered it will be dropped at your nearest post office. After a period of approximately 6 weeks it will be returned to us. The cost of returning a parcel is € 8,50. In case the return is caused by a mistake of us we will borne these cost. In all other cases we will have to charge you these cost plus the cost of repackaging and shipping for a second attempt.

Attention German customers: Parcels in Germany will only be delivered when the name of the addressee corresponds with the name of the occupant of the address on the door and/or doorbell!
