AISLES

Irrationally, the band's sixth studio album releases on 1st October!!!!

For over two decades, Aisles has continually redefined its own musical identity. Emerging from Chile's progressive rock scene in the early 2000s, the band has steadily expanded beyond the genre's traditional boundaries, embracing a broader artistic vision where art rock, alternative music, electronics and cinematic soundscapes coexist without limitation. What began as progressive rock has evolved into something far less predictable. Rather than treating genre as a destination, Aisles has used it as a foundation for constant reinvention, placing atmosphere, emotion and songwriting above convention or technical display. That evolution reaches its clearest expression in Irrationally, the band's sixth studio album. Instead of following a single stylistic direction, the record moves freely between soaring melodic rock, experimental progressive music, electronic textures, gothic atmospheres and modern art rock, with every song revealing a different facet of the band's creative identity.

The album's advance singles illustrate that philosophy. Blue Skies introduced a more introspective and melodic side, Now Is The Time balanced emotional immediacy with expansive arrangements, Lobsters and Ants embraced surreal experimentation, Took Me Years merged angular progressive riffs with undeniable pop sensibility, while Think I'm A Ghost ventures into darkwave and gothic electronic landscapes. Rather than sounding like separate experiments, each release forms part of a larger artistic statement built around contrast and transformation.

This creative openness has fueled Aisles' growing international presence. Following a successful second UK tour in 2025, the band recorded live session at London's legendary Abbey Road Studios, reflecting a trajectory that increasingly resonates well beyond the progressive rock world. Today, Aisles occupies a space where labels of any kind become secondary. Progressive in spirit rather than definition, the band continues to challenge expectations through music that values atmosphere as much as complexity, emotional resonance as much as musicianship, and artistic curiosity above all else. On Irrationally, Aisles doesn't abandon its progressive roots—it demonstrates how far they can reach.

The album also marks the definitive arrival of the band's current lineup: Boris Seeder (vocals), Germán Vergara (guitars), Juan Pablo Gaete (keyboards), Daniel Concha (bass) and Alvaro Poblete (drums). Together, they have forged a creative chemistry that places emotional honesty and artistic exploration at the center of Aisles' evolving identity.

Set for release on October 1, 2026, Irrationally was mixed by acclaimed British producer Adam Noble (Placebo) and features artwork by visionary illustrator Jason Joyce, whose striking visual language mirrors the album's surreal and emotionally charged universe. Ten years after the pivotal Hawaii redefined the band's creative ambitions, Irrationally opens the door to Aisles' most adventurous sonic journey yet—one where art rock, progressive spirit, electronic experimentation and cinematic storytelling converge into the band's boldest statement to date. Be prepared.
