Big Big Train - Goodbye to the Age of Steam

The original version of Big Big Train’s first studio album Goodbye To The Age Of Steam was released in 1994. The band returned to the original master tapes in 2011 for an updated re-issue. The album was completely remixed, new artwork was sourced (the original cover painting having been auctioned) and some bonus tracks were added. One of the bonus tracks, Expecting Dragons (a re-arrangement of the instrumentals Expecting Snow and Dragon Bone Hill from the original album) was recorded by Greg, Nick and David in 2010. Both versions have long since been out of print. The 2011 reissue has now been repressed.
